Life of Connor

So here I am again, getting bigger every day. It seems like years since Daddy (nudge, nudge) updated my blog. I'm almost 2 now, so he has to get crackin' so that when I'm big enough to do it myself there isn't another huge gap.

I like to do lots of things now. My favorite is walking around, then running, then hopping everywhere. Daddy says I'm an Energizer bunny without the wheels, whatever that means. I'm just trying out a new talent.

I love the park. Daddy and I go there and I run and swing and slide and push the merry-go-round. I'm not a huge fan of sitting on the merry-go-round while it goes in circles. Honestly, with a whole park to run around and play in, why on Earth should I sit still. I mean priorities, people.

Mama and I have found some new songs and now I clap to the rhythms while we sing them. It is fun for me. I like music. I play my xylophone and drum lots because they make fun music. I like listening to fun music. Mama and Daddy make sure I get my classical station every time we're in the car. I like it.

I'll be back more often. My attention span isn't perfect yet, because I'm not even 2. My birthday, Mama said, isn't for quite a bit yet. So, I'll have to make sure to let you know when I turn 2. Daddy keeps telling me birthdays are great. He sure seems to like them. He makes a big deal out of mine anyway.

I hope I get some Backyardigans stuff for my birthday. Did I mention I like that show a lot. Pablo, a blue and yellow Penguin, is my favorite Backyardigan. He's all full of energy like me.

Time for my nap, then lunch, then making Daddy chase me before he goes to work. See ya soon.
