Let's talk food!!!!

I really like food. I know what you're saying. "Connor, you're a boy. Of course you like food." But, that line of thinking misses the point. Not all of us boys like food as much as the stereotype says.

I do like it though. Mama and Daddy say there's stuff out there I'm not big enough to eat yet that I will supposedly really like. Daddy keeps saying pizza is yummy and also something about chocolate. But, whenever Mama and I talk about that, she tells me it has so much sugar that I'd be up until my birthday if I have some.

I think I have a good diet. I eat fruits and veggies and meat and drink milk, water and juice. Daddy keeps telling me that eventually I might be big enough to try other stuff. He seems to like this Pepsi thing. I must say, it looks like dark brown water to me. No thanks.

I like other things, though. Just today, Daddy gave me some yogurt flavored like Guava. That's a fruit, by the way. Daddy said he never knew there was a fruit called guava until I had some, loved it and demanded more. Well, I also had mango, which is scrumptious. I love all kinds of fruit. It is the tastiest thing this side of cake.

But, anyway, we were talking about yogurt. I love it. All kinds, it really matters not to me. Sometimes, I get some in a Blue's Clues cup, to which I say HOORAY!!!!! I really like Blue's Clues. The yogurt is pretty good, too. Some day later, we can talk Blue.

I really have been active, lately. Daddy and I went to the store and I got to pick my own food, which I get to do all the time. I like all kinds of stuff, like I've said. I have preferences. Mama and Daddy say I'm stubborn. But I really like getting to choose what I'm eating. Daddy says it helps because I'm getting to make some small decisions. Funny thing is, when I want him to buy lots and lots of candy, he says no. But, if I'm supposed to be making small decisions and I make one, shouldn't he follow them? I mean, come on. I told him last time, for instance, that a huge bag of Jolly Ranchers would be great. He said something about my health. Party pooper.

Speaking of parties, I once again do not get to watch the Cleveland Indians play baseball. That, folks, is a travesty. How am I supposed to cheer for them if they make the World Series when the games end so, so late? I am only a toddler. I go to sleep quite early. I wish to eventually see one of their games.

Wish me luck by the way. Mama and Daddy have both been sick. It has been one heck of a chore trying to take care of them and get them back to health. They're getting there, though. Dr. Connor is doing his best.

See everyone next week.

Connor
